As a Housekeeping GSA / Room Attendant, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, refreshing amenities, and ensuring all assigned areas meet our cleanliness and presentation standards. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and pays close attention to detail.
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to resort standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
- Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and common areas
- Ensure washrooms and guest spaces are hygienic and fully stocked
- Report maintenance concerns or damaged items to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests politely and professionally when needed
- Follow resort safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure rooms are ready on time for arrivals
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, or room attendant experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
