The Exterminators Inc. is an established pest control company operating in the GTA. Our team is growing and we are looking for a driven customer service/logistics representative that can assist in receiving incoming calls/ scheduling, dispatching and performing minor office-related tasks such as data entry.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly
Answer existing and potential customer inquiries with accuracy.
Thoroughly explain services offered to prospective customers
Communicate job processes to customers in a concise informed fashion
Accurately input customer information
Ensure scheduling is efficiently organized
Communicate with field personnel effectively
Perform follow-up calls to ensure service satisfaction
Write and send quotations
Provide effective verbal communication to all inquiries in regards to services provided
Perform office filing duties and related organizational tasks
Requirements
Post- Secondary EducationDiploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience in a sales environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
Able to prioritize workload, handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional and personable approach.
Able to provide customer service utilizing phone, email and social media channels.
Candidates must be able to commute to our office location
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
