Job Summary
The Site Superintendent – Large Loss Restoration is responsible for the on‑site management and execution of large‑scale restoration projects, including commercial, industrial, and multi‑unit residential losses. This role oversees daily operations on complex loss sites resulting from fire, flood, wind, or other catastrophic events.
The Site Superintendent acts as the primary on‑site leader, coordinating crews, subcontractors, trades, and vendors while maintaining strict quality control, safety compliance, and communication with Project Managers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations from emergency response through reconstruction
- Supervise crews, subcontractors, and trades
- Enforce safety, quality, and scheduling requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and consultants
- Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and quality control
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in restoration or construction supervision
- Large loss experience (commercial or multi‑unit preferred)
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
Preferred:
- IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, etc.)
- Experience working with insurance claims
