We're growing quickly and looking for talented people to join us in providing current and next generation POS solutions (built on the latest cloud technologies) that restaurant companies use to deliver millions of pizzas every week.

Position Overview:
The Office Administrator is responsible for delivering high quality, administrative and operational support to the Operations department. Primary responsibilities include office administration, customer service, facilities coordination, and supplies inventory and purchasing.

Some Key Responsibilities:
Greet, direct and assist all visitors, guests, and contractors in person and by phone.
Coordinate, sign for and confirm shipments and courier deliveries including inter-office transfers with Lynden, WA
Email customer invoices, receipts, and warranty information.
Assist account department with administrative tasks
Organize Company events as required, and arrange for and purchase employee gifts as directed
Organize and maintain customer files.
Research and order staff internal use purchases, including maintaining inventory of office and facilities supplies.
Retrieve and distribute incoming and outgoing Abbotsford mail.
Distribute incoming faxes to the applicable department/employee.
Perform Bank deposits.
Perform opening and closing duties daily.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the foyer and building in general.
Coordinate facilities maintenance schedules, and liaise with the cleaner and contractors
Arrange copier maintenance/repairs as required.
Decorate the Abbotsford office as required for each season; store supplies for repetitive use

Skills We Require:
Minimum one years’ experience as an administrative assistant or other support/Assistant role.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, collaborative, and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Highly organized, detail oriented, accurate, and skilled in multitasking.
Strong listening, written and verbal communication.
Understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Valid Canadian passport.
Valid BC Driver’s license and ability to travel across the Canadian-US border
Use of own reliable vehicle, mileage allowance included.
Appropriate vehicle insurance, including Business trips (6 allowed per month).
Computer hardware and software knowledge is an asset.
