Join the momentum. We are currently seeking a Data Analyst for our Digital Marketing team. Driving business excellence, MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Positioning the firm for success, our Marketing team supports the growth, business-generating efforts and goals of MNP. We develop and deliver creative and strategic programs that translate the firm’s objectives into market-appropriate media, messages and methodologies. We build and protect our brand in new and existing markets, as well as create and sustain market advantage in all service line, industry and specialty groups.

Performance Expectations

  • With an emphasis on deep-dive data analysis, create actionable insights and identify opportunities for new digital features and functionality
  • Work with the National Marketing team as a data and analytics champion, teaching others to use data analytics platforms to drive business and marketing campaign decisions
  • Effectively oversee day-to-day tracking platforms to diagnose campaigns and paid subscriptions performance
  • Measure the performance of marketing campaigns and develop key performance indicator (KPI) reports that tell the story behind the data to campaign optimizations
  • Implement, audit and resolve tag management solutions dependant on different client platforms
  • Work with Firm leaders to establish our marketing attribution capabilities to create a best in class multi-touch attribution model
  • Leverage business intelligence (BI) tools in order to create data visualizations for performance reporting dashboards
  • Track return on investment (ROI) via various reporting tools and dashboards
  • Understand performance drivers and refresh monthly outlooks to support strategic funding decisions
  • Assist with reporting and measurement to include cross-marketing and client information datasets
  • Manage ad-hoc requests and proactively analyze marketing data for key findings
  • Help enable self-service within our Firm using visualization tools


  • Completion of a post secondary certification in Data Analytics or equivalent preferred
  • At least five (5) years experience in a digital data analysis role
  • Demonstrated understanding of web and mobile platforms
  • Experience with Sitecore, Google Analytics, Tealium, Qualtrics, Tableau, or similar technology
  • Exceptional proficiency using Excel
  • Aptitude for leveraging analytics tools with a data analytics mindset
  • Analytical mind with an ability to identify patterns and trends
  • Capable of prioritizing and self-managing multiple, concurrent assignments while working with all levels of the Firm
