The Role:
-40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
-We work between Chilliwack and Vancouver, but this position will be focused on Metro Vancouver area
-Residential work, including custom home new builds, repaints, cabinet refinishing, wood finishing, and exterior painting
-Leading crews by being hands on the tools, shoulder to shoulder, as well as project management - managing change orders, talking with clients, reading work orders.
-Cabinet painting experience required
-Leading a team of 2-4 painters, may run multiple sites with a mix of employees and sub contractors
-Producing high quality work you are proud to stand next to
-Crushing time budgets, we work smart and hard!

-Skilled sprayers, can you spray command, advance, scuff x with excellent results?
