Everfoam, a division of VPC Group Inc. is looking for experienced Manufacturing Labourers to support our manufacturing operation in North York, ON.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate/possess the following skills, abilities and competencies:
Attitude
- Motivated self-starter

Safety Responsibilities:
- Abide by all safety policies, procedures and best practices
- Identify, report and avoid all hazards
- Operate with safety in mind at all times
- Report any near misses to supervisor
Cleaning:
- Sweep factory floors
- Collect/Empty garbage
- Use baler to compact excess material
- Clear machines of build-up
- Organize work areas
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
Shipping/Packing Responsibilities:
- Package finished products according to customer requirements
- Stack finished products in designated areas and/or on skids
- Load trucks/trailers
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Read and understand labels
Material handling:
- Locate/retrieve/place products in the warehouse
- Adhere materials together using glueing equipment and techniques
- Transfer materials to manufacturing cells using carts
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout the shift.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean work environment.
