This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, or Team Leader from a burger, pizza, or other quick-service restaurant who is ready to lead a high-performing team and grow their career.
What You'll Bring

- Previous leadership experience in a burger, pizza, or other quick-service restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling is an asset.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and reside in Saskatoon or the surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members and shift leaders.
- Create staff schedules and manage labour effectively.
- Order and maintain inventory, supplies, and food products.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and exceptional guest service standards.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Handle cash reconciliation, deposits, and daily administrative paperwork.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
