Situated in Montreal Head office, as an IT Talent Acquisition Partner, you play a pivotal role in shaping our future. You are part of a unique recruitment team counted on to discover incredible Talent, to fill High Tech, Ecommerce and specialty roles across our organization and help take us to where we are going and growing. You will bring this to life through the relationships you build, the innovative talent sourcing methods you deploy and your sharp eye for talent. The position reports to the Director, talent Acquisition
What you do:
Discover, attract and build an impressive network of the best talent in the market to fill IT, Ecommerce and specialty roles.
Deliver a full cycle recruitment process, as well as enhance recruiting strategies, processes, and tools that align with attracting the best
Grow market intelligence, understand the market and gain insight to both the active and passive candidate to flag talent for today and the future.
Coach leaders on hiring best practices and influence process for consistent candidate selection to hire high performance talent.
Executes a social media recruitment strategy and build strong supporting network to communicate specialized job vacancies into right niches present in online media.
Requirements :What we look for:
Bachelor or College’s degree in relevant domain,
A proven track record of 5 years of experience as a Corporate or combined agency/corporate Recruiter
Knowledge of on-line hiring and social media practices, behavioral-based interview and assessment techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and recruiting metrics
Strong knowledge or experience in using an Application Tracking System
Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
Client relationship management skills.
Demonstrates resourcefulness, insightful judgement and good analytical skills
Must be bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
