We are seeking a junior associate who is looking for the opportunity to build their own practice. The candidate would have the opportunity to build their own client base and work under our firm's banner. You would be provided with office facilities as well as the support and guidance of a well established senior lawyer.
You would have the opportunity to develop your skills in various areas of law practice, including but not limited to family law, civil litigation, estate law, real estate law and business law.
.The ideal candidates will possess the following:
- A motivated self-starter looking to build his/her family law/litigation practice within our firm
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada
- LL.B or J.D. from a recognized institution
- Prior experience in family law and/or civil litigation is an asset
- Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Keen attention to detail and deadlines
