Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Civil 3D drafting and design, utilizing various software tools to create detailed 3D Models and layout files. This role is essential in transforming Engineering designs into actionable field models that meet project specifications and client needs. The Drafter will collaborate with engineers, architects and Surveyors to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all drafting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software, including Civil 3D, and Global Mapper
- Create detailed surface models and 3D linework for field layout and Machine Control systems.
- Utilize Global Mapper for Translation and Scaling between Ground and UTM Grid.
- Draft plans for construction projects, including redline as-built drawings and Volume reports using Civil 3D.
- Collaborate with team members to review designs and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project documentation.
- Assist in the build process by providing accurate drawings that guide construction teams.
Experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (Civil 3D) is required.
- Experience in creating schematics and detailed drawings for construction projects.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
