Overview
Quantum Technology is a global leader in specialized industrial gas applications, particularly Helium and Hydrogen. For 45 years we have been manufacturing premium Helium and Hydrogen liquefaction units, recovery systems and He production plants. We produce standard and custom solutions for any gas recovery, separation, purification and liquefaction.
Job Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and control equipment for Quantum Technology’s projects.
- Support the setup and calibration of electrical and control systems, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and control system issues, performing necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Assist with the testing and commissioning of electrical systems and control equipment, documenting results and ensuring performance standards are met.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to implement electrical and control system designs and modifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and control systems to ensure reliable operation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards while working on electrical and control systems.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Diploma or certification in electrical technology or a related field preferred.
Experience & Skills Required
- 2-4 years of experience in electrical and controls maintenance or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and control equipment.
- Experience with electrical design software and control systems programming (e.g., PLC, SCADA) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations related to electrical systems and controls.
