We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team in a dynamic hospitality environment. We are looking for professionals who are dynamic and passionate about the hospitality industry. We are now hiring a Front Desk Supervisor:
Expectations & Duties:
- Greet guests with a smile and answer their questions as required.
- Responsible for checking guests in and out of the Hotel.
- Issues room keys, pamphlets, discount cards, etc.
- Answers various questions from guests.
- Computes bills and collects payments.
- Runs various reports on the computer for management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Complete shift audits as required.
- Print updated in-house, arrival, departure, and room status reports every two hours pending activity.
- Check all unresolved departures.
- Review service requests for arrivals.
- Ensure the Front Desk is stocked with any items guests may require before housekeeping leaves for the day.
- Complete in-house bucket check.
- Clean and tidy front desk area.
- As a front-line worker, present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions.
- Provide information to staff and/or clients about special activities.
- Observe and report any security issues to the Hotel Manager.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
Successful applicants should have previous experience in Front Desk/Hospitality and supervisory experience. Applicants who are approachable, can problem-solve, have a motivational personality, and have a hands-on approach to training staff members are ideal for this position.
