Job Overview
Markan Homes Ltd. is looking for a hardworking and reliable Drywall Finisher (Taper) to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate should have experience in drywall finishing and be committed to producing high-quality work on residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
● Tape drywall joints using hand and power tools.
● Apply and smooth joint compound to drywall surfaces.
● Sand and finish drywall to a paint-ready surface.
● Repair cracks, holes, and damaged drywall.
● Install corner beads and finishing trims.
● Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
● Work efficiently while meeting project deadlines.
● Follow all workplace safety regulations.
Requirements
● Previous experience as a drywall finisher/taper is preferred.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
● Physically fit and able to lift construction materials when required.
