The Role We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Renovation Specialist to join our team full-time. You'll work on varied residential projects across Montreal, representing our company on job sites independently and to a high standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Execute a wide range of renovation tasks — framing, finishing, siding, carpentry, drywall and more
- Work autonomously on job sites with minimal supervision
- Represent Rénovation Glinka professionally with clients on site
- Maintain high quality and efficient execution on every project
- Identify and communicate issues proactively
- Keep job sites clean, safe and organized at all times
Required Qualifications
- Valid RBQ licence — mandatory, no exceptions
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on residential renovation experience
- Proven ability to execute across multiple trades independently
- Fast, precise and clean in your work
- Valid driver's licence
- Minimum 2 professional references required at application
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-end residential clients
- Bilingual French/English
- Familiarity with metal siding, specialty finishes or custom carpentry
Compensation & Benefits
- $38 – $45 per hour based on experience
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week, paid biweekly
