Job Opportunity: Production Worker - Afternoon Shift
Location: Halton Hills, ON, L7G 0L7 (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $23.25/hour + 4% Vacation Pay
Contract Duration: ASAP – October 10, 2026
Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join a busy manufacturing facility in Halton Hills. This role plays a key part in supporting production operations by ensuring materials are available, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, assisting with quality checks, and helping ship products accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with plant staff to maintain a safe work environment.
- Start and operate mixers and production lines.
- Empty production lines into pallets for work-in-progress (WIP) or finished goods.
- Track and record inventory produced during each shift.
- Monitor and document downtime and associated causes.
- Ensure proper packaging materials are used for each product type.
- Build pallets to support production output requirements.
- Load and unload trucks and stage products in designated locations.
- Perform visual and tool-assisted quality inspections as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards using the 6S process.
- Complete required paperwork and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

PPE Requirements
