- Food Prep: Prepare fresh ingredients daily according to recipe specifications.
- Line Cooking: Work your assigned station with care and consistency.
- Kitchen Safety: Maintain a clean station following Alberta Health & Safety rules.
- Teamwork: Coordinate ticket timing with the team for seamless service.
- End-of-Shift: Assist with nightly kitchen clean-up and station resets.
