The Role
We are seeking Security Guard to support our operations. This role involves monitoring surveillance systems, managing dispatch communications, and coordinating with security personnel and emergency services when required.
This role is one of a Team Lead level where Staff will be reporting to the Communications Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms
- Answer incoming calls and dispatch guards or mobile teams
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
- Communicate with guards, supervisors, and law enforcement
- Assist staff and callers in a professional manner
- Handle incidents and escalations as they arise
- Assist with scheduling and staffing
Qualifications
- Experience with CCTV monitoring (preferred)
- Dispatch or call-handling experience required
- Knowledge of surveillance systems and security operations an asset
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Supervisory experience an asset
- Security license and experience an asset but not required.

- Pay: $18.50 – $19.50 per hour based on experience
