Supply Chain/Logistics Coordinator (Import/Export – International & Domestic)
Job Overview
Silk'n is looking for a Supply Chain/Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments across our US and Canadian operations, from customs clearance to final-mile delivery. You'll work closely with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to keep goods moving on time and on budget, while also contributing to our sales & operations planning (S&OP) and forecasting process.
We're looking for someone organized, energetic, and solutions-focused, someone who brings good energy to a fast-paced team.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate international (ocean freight) and domestic shipments
- Manage customs compliance and clearance with our brokers
- Maintain accurate shipping and import/export documentation
- Build relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs
- Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies
- Support S&OP and demand forecasting
- Identify process improvements
Skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, and materials management.
- Experience with warehouse distribution, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving processes.
- Experience in logistics coordination, import/export, or cross-border shipping
- Comfort working with customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs
- Strong Excel and Outlook skills
- Energetic, team-oriented, adaptable
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite and/or Kliq is an asset
- Exposure to S&OP or forecasting processes
- Ability to utilize process improvement methodologies to streamline logistics workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and time management skills.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
