Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead for one of our client to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow in the warehouse or manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, committed to safety, quality, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure the products are manufactured according to quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure equipment and machinery are operated safely and correctly.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maximize productivity.
- Assign tasks and ensure proper workload distribution among team members.
- Inspect finished products for defects and adherence to company specifications.
- Resolve operational issues and provide support to staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, shipments, and inventory.
Skills
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in warehouse, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and inventory systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in management or logistics is a plus.
- MUST HAVE A CAR.
- MUST HAVE FORKLIFT LICENSE.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
