XTR Building Services is looking for a Waterproofing technician for a contract period ending in December 2026 with the potential for ongoing employment
Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to:
- Prepare substrate for application of materials (grinding, power washing, route & seal cracks, concrete repairs)
- Apply cold-applied waterproofing materials to surfaces according to project specifications
- Utilize caulking and sealants to prevent water infiltration
Job Requirements:
- Able to lift pales of material and equipment to and around the site
- Able to work at heights on swing stages, scaffolds, open excavations and balcony edges
- Valid driver's license and ability to arrive to work on time
Pay range starts at $27-32/hr based on experience and ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour

- Do you have experience with cold applied polyurethane coating systems such as Vulkem 350/351 & 360/951 or Sika 1500 & 2500
- Are you comfortable working at height on a swing stage
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
