Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and executive team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software.
This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and communications, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations. The position also provides support to leadership, including assisting with meeting preparation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities
- Manage administrative operations, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and general office support
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minute-taking, and follow-up items
- Assist with internal and external communications, including managing emails and correspondence
- Act as a point of contact for staff, stakeholders, and external partners
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other systems
- Organize and maintain filing systems and documentation for easy access and reference
- Support planning and coordination of meetings, events, and special projects
- Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support across teams
- Maintain organized office supplies and contribute to overall office efficiency
- Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Have vehicle/driving license
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry applications
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, and documentation
- Strong proofreading and document formatting skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
