✓ A great team culture: Join a collaborative, respectful environment where contributions are valued.
✓ Dedicated mentorship: Learn directly from a senior HR professional and deepen your knowledge of federal labour requirements.
✓ Career-building experience: Gain broad exposure across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, records, and HR systems.
✓ A meaningful HRIS project: Play an active role in selecting, configuring, testing, and launching a new internal HR platform.
✓ A unique industry: Support pilots, engineers, technicians, ground crews, and corporate teams across three growing aviation businesses.

Employee records and lifecycle administration
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical employee records, including employment documents and status changes.
- Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, new-hire packages, transfer documentation, and offboarding records.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation so each new employee has a welcoming, well-organized experience.
Payroll, benefits, and timekeeping support
- Gather, verify, and submit payroll inputs, timesheets, overtime, allowances, and employee changes.

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a CHRP/CPHR designation, or progress toward one, is an asset.
- At least 1–2 years of progressive HR administration experience.
- Strong organization, sound judgment, and careful attention to detail.
- Clear, professional communication skills and a helpful, service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, and confidence learning new systems.

- A valid driver's licence, eligibility to work in Canada, and willingness to travel occasionally to operational bases.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in aviation, transportation, or another multi-location operational environment.
- Previous exposure to HRIS implementation, payroll or benefits administration, or recruitment coordination.
