We are looking for another dedicated and reliable person to join our Motorclothes Team. Must be available on weekends.
You will responsible for assisting customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience while purchasing merchandise.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greeting customers in a positive and professional manner
- Assisting customers with fitment, style, performance and functionality of riding gear
- Using online training (and some in person training) to become familiar with Harley-Davidson products, customers, departments and customer service skills
- Processing payment as well as daily cash outs & closing procedures
- General cleaning and restocking duties
