Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Reports to : Sales Manager
Work Hours : 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Location : Downtown Vancouver – 595 Howe Street, Suite 308
The Role:
The Customer Service Representative role is a 3-month temporary role (with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent) working from within our small Vancouver offices. Your duties will be to contact past clients by telephone, updating our database, and, through a short discovery process, determine their compatibility for ongoing use of our services. You will deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction while promoting and informing on our staffing services. This position requires an energetic, smart, articulate, enthusiastic, and proactive individual with excellent English language communication skills.
Requirements
Customer care and client servicing activities consisting of outbound telephone calls and emails to our customers while updating our database and promoting our staffing services to various Hiring Managers
Using our database you will be warm calling, promoting, telemarketing, emailing and developing on our existing client relationships
Updating and data entry into our CRM database while generating leads and performing account management within the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas
Spreadsheet data entry
Qualifications
University Degree or Post-Secondary Diploma and past B2B client servicing and or sales experience
Proficiency with basic MS Office
Typing 35 wpm minimum
Customer service, client servicing, solution selling and/or intangible sales experience essential
1 year of B2B client servicing experience (ideally within professional services) preferrable
Experience in outbound telephone calling experience is required
Proven people skills and follow-up skills
Energetic, personable, friendly outgoing disposition and strong sense of urgency
Solid interpersonal and English communication skills both written and verbal, professional demeanor, relationship building skills and personal integrity
Savvy, confident and competitive
