What You’ll Do
- Dispense and review medications with accuracy and care using Kroll Software
- Build genuine relationships through patient counseling and medication reviews
- Collaborate with physicians and local healthcare teams
- Maintain compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists standards
- Move away from high-volume, transactional work—become a trusted healthcare pillar in a community that values you
What You Bring
- Current licensure (or eligibility) with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient communication skills
- Retail pharmacy software experience (asset)
- A genuine passion for community-based patient care
Compensation & Perks
- Hourly rate: $70–$75/hr (well above industry standard)
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (Adds $10/hour in your first year!)
- Financial Security: RSP Plan (UP TO $5600 per year OR $2.5/hour every year)
