About the Role
As our Nurse Injector, you'll be the clinical face of the clinic — guiding patients through consultations, delivering safe and effective treatments, and building the kind of trust that keeps patients coming back. What You'll Do
Patient Care & Consultations
- Conduct thorough virtual and in-person consultations to understand each patient's cosmetic goals and recommend appropriate treatments
- Clearly communicate treatment plans and set realistic, honest expectations
- Create a safe, welcoming environment through compassionate, clear communication before, during, and after treatment
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emails, including post-procedure follow-ups
- Provide daily follow-up care and conduct regular recall outreach to support patient retention
Clinical Treatments
- Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, PRP, and thread lifts
- Perform non-invasive skin treatments such as Morpheus8 and microneedling
- Deliver every treatment to the highest standard of safety and quality of care
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully sanitized treatment room and equipment at all times
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain complete, accurate patient records — including consultation notes, treatment details, and before/after photos — documented at the time of the patient's visit
- Follow sterile technique, Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) standards, and all applicable Ontario/College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) practice requirements
- Maintain full patient confidentiality in accordance with PHIPA and clinic privacy policies
- Comply with all clinic protocols and policies at all times
Business & Team Contribution
- Support clinic revenue growth through patient retention, retail recommendations, and service bookings
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations and clinical team to expand and refine the clinic's service offerings
- Participate in ongoing clinical education through 3D Lifestyle's partner training programs
- Contribute positively as a team member toward the clinic's overall success
What You Bring
Education & Licensing
- Completion of a provincially approved Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
- Current, valid registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (or applicable provincial college)
Experience
- 1–2 years of injecting experience with Botox and dermal fillers
- Experience conducting aesthetic consultations and collaborating with a medical director to build treatment plans
- Comfort and proficiency across the full scope of treatments offered (injectables, PRP, threads, Morpheus8/microneedling)
