Reporting to the Director, Product Planning and Delivery – ERP Modernization, the Organizational Change Management Lead is responsible for providing senior-level change management expertise to large, complex, and high-profile corporate initiatives, including enterprise-wide technology modernization projects and business transformations.
This role acts as a lead advisor in ensuring change management methodologies, tools, and practices are successfully applied to guide change in Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL). Fostering relationships and building trust are key elements in implementing change management activities. Through advisory, coaching, and hands-on support, risks are identified and mitigated, and adoption outcomes are achieved. The role partners with project teams, leaders, and business partners to enable uptake of business-led decisions by translating change impacts into structured adoption and readiness strategies.
- Experience in business process re-engineering is considered an asset.

Have and maintain a valid Manitoba Class 5 Drivers License is considered an asset.

Bilingual French/English language skills are an asset.
