Marketing Specialist – GreenTee Golf
About Us GreenTee Golf is a premium golf retail brand specializing in clubs, apparel, and accessories for golfers of all levels — available both in-store and online. We're growing quickly and looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Specialist to help us build our brand, grow our community, and turn engagement into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including content planning, posting, and community engagement
- Develop marketing campaigns that integrate social media with email, website, and other channels to support broader business goals
- Create engaging content (graphics, short-form video, copy) using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Analyze social media and campaign performance using platform analytics and tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite, adjusting strategy based on data
- Assist in planning and executing paid social ad campaigns, including basic budget management and A/B testing
- Coordinate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure marketing materials and social content align with company messaging and promotions
- Support email marketing efforts, including newsletters and promotional campaigns, when needed
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep strategies current
- Handle day-to-day community management, responding to comments/DMs and monitoring brand mentions
- Contribute to overall marketing strategy and help execute product launches, events, or seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team by passing on well-documented, qualified leads
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics — follower growth, engagement, and conversion rates and use data to continuously improve
- Keep a close eye on platform updates, algorithm shifts, and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with hands-on social media management experience
- A conversion-focused mindset you measure success by customers gained, not just content published
- Confidence in reaching out to and building relationships with potential customers through social channels
- Skilled in creating compelling graphics and short-form video content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
Bonus Points
- You play golf, follow the sport, or genuinely understand the culture
- Familiarity with Shopify experience updating product listings, running promotions, or analyzing store data is a plus
- Experience marketing premium or lifestyle brands
- An established network of KOLs or influencers you've worked
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
