We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B sales, telemarketing, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical sales aspects when necessary.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales pipelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Develop business development plans targeting new markets or sectors to expand the company's footprint.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to inside sales and technology sales.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales roles, especially in B2B sales, technical sales, or inside sales environments.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, telemarketing techniques, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for broader market engagement.
- Prior experience in technology or software sales will be considered an advantage.

Compensation
- The position is initially commission-based, with the opportunity to transition to a base salary plus commission after the first month, based on performance and mutual fit.
