The Opportunity:
We’re hiring seasonal Retail Sales Associates to support our Burnaby store team, located at: 1050 Boundary Rd, during our busy summer season.
If you're friendly, reliable, and enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit. While this role is seasonal, we’re open to extending contracts for strong performers.
What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate:
- Support Customers: Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find what they need.
- Process Transactions: Confidently operate the POS system and handle payments and returns.
- Keep the Store Looking Great: Tidy shelves, restock merchandise, and ensure the store is clean and welcoming.
- Work as a Team: Jump in wherever needed—whether that’s in the fitting rooms, at the till, or helping with backroom stock.
- Pitch In During Busy Times: Support team goals and assist during our seasonal rushes with a positive, can-do attitude.
What You Bring:
- Attitude First: A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.
- Retail Experience: 6+ months in retail or customer service is a bonus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
- Team Spirit: You enjoy working with others and stepping in to help when needed.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in keeping things neat, accurate, and organized.
