Summary:
Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team to meet growing demand and seeking to hire a full-time bilingual (English/French) Client Services Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working with clients, managing multiple priorities, and providing exceptional support.
Responsibilities:
- Track, manage and assist with client inquiries via phone, email, and our online Help Desk.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records.
- Respond to and follow up on client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, working collaboratively with internal teams to support client onboarding of the WPS Evac software and app, and provide ongoing support.
- Schedule and conduct pre-launch meetings, introducing clients to the WPS Evac software and mobile app.
- Communicate effectively with clients in English and French when necessary.
Skills:
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written/email).
- Very organized; with the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to collaborate as a productive and active team member.
- Confident and comfortable conducting a meeting or presenting face to face with clients.
Background in Property Administration would be an asset
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
