PawsNatural is providing premium pet products for animals, also provide pet grooming services for the dog/cat owners.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic pet store Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases and pet grooming appointments. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide detailed solutions will be key to your success in this position. Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all.
- Greet and assist customers with their pets, providing personalized recommendations.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Communicate with care, empathy, and courtesy for customers, pets, and internal partners.
- Address concerns from multiple sources to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed service levels and metrics.
- Be punctual and prepared for designated shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Inform customers about promotions and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and organize product displays.
- Assist in receiving, pricing, and properly storing shipments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene, disinfecting surfaces and organizing displays.
- Ensure the store is always up to health and safety standards.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Work closely with team members to maintain smooth and efficient store operations.
- Engage in weekly meetings and team-building exercises to foster a positive working environment.
- Assistance in pet grooming and pet care if needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous Pet Store/Pet Grooming experience is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Empathy and understanding in customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays/weekends.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment.

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
