Dental Office Manager – Richmond, BC
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two established dental practices in Richmond, BC.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who enjoys working with people, supporting dental teams, and ensuring the offices run efficiently and smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operations across both locations, while working closely with the dentists and team members to maintain a positive, organized, and patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of two dental offices
- Lead, support, and motivate administrative and clinical team members
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and office workflow
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Monitor office production, collections, and key performance indicators
- Oversee accounts receivable, billing, insurance, and financial processes
- Ensure office policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed
- Address patient concerns and assist with maintaining excellent patient service
- Work closely with dentists and leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous dental office management experience of 2+ years is strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and two locations
- Knowledge of dental practice management, insurance, and billing
- Professional, approachable, and confident
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
