Schneider Electric’s Sales Operations team has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to take on the role of project coordinator in our Dollard‑des‑Ormeaux location.
The project coordinator will support a regional team of project managers.
What will you do?

Manage customer complaints.
-
Manage customers’ expedite requests for stock items, including tracking and obtaining POD copies.

Complete and submit credit requests based on instructions provided by Project Managers.

Track debits and resolutions.
-
Handle shipping and warranty claims, return‑to‑sender cases, and reorders.

Enter project updates related to price increases into the tracker.
-
Generate and maintain reports from various systems.
-
Push SCR/credit requests for approval across different levels.
-
Add level‑1 escalations to the escalation sheet once approved by the supervisor.

This job might be for you if you have:

CET certification, electrical‑technical education, or equivalent experience (an asset).

Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce (bFO), and ERP systems.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Functional knowledge of English and French is required in order to facilitate collaboration with our teams, clients and stakeholders at the provincial and international levels
