Job Summary:
Wildwood is looking to hire Heavy Equipment Operators for our new and first placer mine. We are looking for experienced operators to operate the following equipment:
- Excavators CAT 320, 349, 352
- Dozers CAT D6, D9
- Class 1 is an asset
Duties:
- Machine Maintenance
- Daily Equipment Checklists
- Follow instructions and move material accordingly
- Work safely and respectfully in individual and team settings
-Help support building a camp
This is a remote camp position with a 21-day-on, 7-day-off shift.
The work site is only accessible by Boat or fixed-wing.
Accommodations will be wall tents and Weatherhaven structures until the road is cleared and the camp can be barged in.
Accommodations will consist of a private room/ tent, shared wash facilities, and a dining hall providing meals.
Travel to Dawson City and back home at the end of the season will be covered.
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 70.0 per week
