Customer Service Representative
Manufacturing Division

  • Respond to customer service calls, emails & faxes in a courteous & professional manner
  • Ensure phone line is answered at all times
  • Calculate customer orders to ensure that the trailer is full
  • Call customers to maintain order schedules and delivery dates
  • Update customer web portal sites and tracking spreadsheets including google docs
  • Completing Customer Satisfaction & Exit Interview's as required
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • File customer documents & invoices as required
  • Ensure that the ISO quality standards, Company quality requirements and individual customer quality requirements are maintained.
  • Sign guests in & sign for packages as required
  • Continuous Improvements – Seek ways to improve processes & complete tasks more efficiently
