About the Role
We are seeking a fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker to assist with an international outreach project in the business aviation industry. The successful candidate will contact aircraft owners and operators, mainly in Brazil, to encourage participation in an industry research survey.
A call script and contact list will be provided. Prospective survey participants will have already received an email invitation prior to being contacted.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone outreach to business aircraft owners and operators, mainly in Brazil.
- Explain the purpose of the survey and encourage participation.
- Record call outcomes and participant feedback.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner when speaking with senior business professionals.
About the Research
RVantage is a quarterly global business aviation intelligence survey that gathers insights from aircraft owners, operators, and industry stakeholders worldwide. The research helps identify emerging trends, future demand, fleet plans, and market sentiment before they appear in traditional industry data.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is required.
- Working proficiency in English required, as training, project materials, reporting, and communication with the project team are conducted in English.
- Comfortable making outbound telephone calls.
- Professional communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry and spreadsheet management, is required.
- Reliable computer, internet and telephone access.
- Previous experience in customer service, research, sales, outreach, or call center environments is an asset but not required.
Compensation
- Paid for hours worked.
- Reimbursement of approved long-distance calling expenses.
Work Schedule
Calls must be conducted during regular business hours in Brazil. Flexible scheduling is available within those calling windows.
