OTT Pay Inc. is seeking an experienced Communications and Public Relations Director to manage the image and public perception of our brand.
Duties:
· Plan, organize and lead the Communications and Public Relations Department;
· Develop and implement communications strategies and information programs;
· Prepare and manage all communication materials;
· Coordinate and supervise the preparation of digital, video, audio and print contents;
· Manage media relations;
· Develop and execute crisis management plan when needed;
· Develop and maintain positive relationships between the company and the public, including our customers, stakeholders, investors, and employees;
· Coordinate with Marketing team to create and implement public relations strategies to promote our brand;
· Hire and train key personnel of the department.
Qualifications required:
· Fifteen or more years of experience in communications, media and public relations;
· Bachelor’s Degree in English or communications;
· Excellent leadership and team management skills;
· Ability to handle all situations with diplomacy;
· Ability to analyze and solve problems and handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision.
· Excellent communication skills.

Pay: $100,100.00 per year
