Client Success Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, proactive, and client-focused Client Success Specialist to play a critical role in maximizing client retention and lifetime value. The position is the vital link between a closed sale and the full realization of our service’s value. You will serve as the primary advocate for our clients, proactively driving engagement, adoption, and long-term integration of our services into their daily operations. Your success will be measured by the sustained growth of client accounts and their ongoing relationship with us.

Location: Downtown Calgary, Alberta (Onsite/In-Office)

Primary Responsibilities

Analyze existing accounts to identify departments or teams not yet using our services.
Proactively reach out to current contacts to introduce additional service lines.
Turn “one-off” transactions into recurring services by demonstrating value and ROI.
Lead new client onboarding.
Deliver tailored training sessions to diverse audiences to drive high adoption within client organizations.
Act as the internal voice of the customer, providing leadership with feedback on how we can improve.
Manage and qualify the steady stream of inbound leads, guiding them through the process with a focus on long-term fit.
Maintain meticulous CRM records to capture data that helps us anticipate and exceed future client needs.
Develop and execute strategic account-growth plans to maximize client lifetime value and retention.
Collaborate closely with teams to translate client feedback and needs into actionable product improvements and features.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators for account expansion, client health, service adoption, and successful lead conversion.
Stay current with industry trends and competitors’ activities to proactively position our services and identify new expansion opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events or conferences to network and build brand awareness.
