About the Role
Do you love connecting good people with good jobs? Spotwork is hiring a Job Developer to power Pathways to Success, our Employment Ontario-funded program that helps youth and underrepresented job seekers find real work in manufacturing, warehousing, retail, and food service across the Greater Toronto Area.
This is a sales and relationship role at the heart of the program. You will build a pipeline of hiring employers, match participants to the right openings, get them job-ready, and follow up after they start so the job sticks.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow employer partnerships across our target sectors.
- Match participants to openings using Spotwork's mobile-first platform.
- Coach participants on workplace readiness.
- Follow up after hire to support a strong start and retention.
- Refer participants to our Employment Ontario partners for deeper supports.
What We're Looking For
- Two or more years in job development, employer relations, recruitment, or sales.
- A track record of placing jobseekers and building employer relationships.
- Real empathy for people facing barriers to employment.
- Comfort with technology, CRM tools, and a fast-moving team.
- Employment Ontario experience is a strong asset.
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
