WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will be responsible for high quality electrical installations and contributing to an organized and productive job site.
- Room to grow to lead and manage a crew of apprentices
- Install electrical systems according to plans, specifications, and BC Electrical Code
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on site
- Work closely with apprentices and support their development
- Coordinate with Project Managers and other trades when required
- Maintain strong safety standards and awareness on site
- Keep job areas organized and professional
- Communicate progress clearly and consistently
- Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Journeyman Electrician certification Red Seal preferred
- Strong understanding of BC Electrical Code
- Experience mentoring or guiding apprentices is considered an asset
- Clean driver abstract
- Reliable personal transportation
- Strong safety awareness and professionalism
COMPENSATION
Competitive Lower Mainland wages:
$38 to $48 per hour based on experience.
