Swivel Property Maintenance is hiring a Landscape Lead Hand for our Waterdown crew.
We are a family landscaping company serving Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Waterdown, and Halton Hills. This is for someone who already knows landscape maintenance, takes pride in the work, and can keep a crew moving when the Crew Lead is not there.
What you will do
- Mow, trim, edge, prune, garden, and clean up residential and commercial properties
- Keep quality high on every site before the crew leaves
- Support the Crew Lead with the day's work and keep the crew on task
- Help train crew members
- Step into the lead role when the Crew Lead is away
- Run equipment safely and flag issues
- Represent Swivel well on client properties
What we need
- 2+ years landscape or property maintenance (preferred)
- Comfortable outdoors in Ontario weather
- Reliable, on time, safety-minded
- Valid G licence is an asset
- Reliable transport to our Waterdown yard
