Position Summary
Performers Network is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, performers, and business partners, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about services, bookings, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Process customer requests and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
- Support administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM software.
- Experience in entertainment, events, or hospitality is an asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.

Schedule
- Part-time (15–30 hours per week)
- Evening and weekend availability may be required.
