Key Responsibilities:
- Present financing options, extended warranties, insurance products, and protection packages to customers.
- Handle rate quotes and submit paperwork to lenders for approval and funding.
- Ensure all deal documentation is completed with 100% accuracy (titles, liens, taxes, compliance).
- Maintain strict adherence to all federal and provincial regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth and timely RV deliveries.
- Assist Sales Manager in reviewing deals, training staff, and improving processes.
- Communicate deal progress regularly with all relevant departments.
- Consistently meet and exceed both customer satisfaction and dealership performance goals.
Requirements:
- Previous dealership Finance Office experience is mandatory
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational and documentation accuracy.
- Professional demeanor with a strong sense of ethics and accountability.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends, including Sundays during peak season (Spring/Summer).
