Position: Webstore & Fulfillment Lead

THE POSITION:
The Webstore & Fulfillment Manager is responsible for the seamless operation of METS webstore, ensuring effective inventory management, processing online orders, and providing customer support. This role involves close collaboration with Director of Product Marketing and Director of Operations, overseeing the webstore setup, and serving as the primary contact for various e-commerce platforms used within MET.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warehousing/Inventory Management:
- Provide weekly inventory reports to Account Executives (AEs).
- Review and address discrepancies in warehouse releases.
- Monitor & report, engage account manager on stock levels and maintain optimal inventory control.
- Main point of contact for Eeko & Edge Logistics
Online Order Processing:
- Release online orders or forward them to production as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Webstore Setup:
Design and Structure:
- Collaborate with relevant team to design the layout and structure of the webstore.
- Ensure the webstore is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Product Listings:
- Manage the addition and maintenance of product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
System Integration:
- Integrate the webstore with MIS, inventory management systems, payment gateways, and other relevant platforms.
- Engage vendors or relevant parties on system management and repairs.
- Ensure smooth data flow between the webstore and other systems for real-time updates.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of the webstore before launch, ensuring all features and functionalities work seamlessly.
- Address any bugs or issues that arise during testing.
Updates and Maintenance:
- Regularly update the webstore with new products, promotions, and content.
- Monitor webstore performance and implement improvements as needed.
User Experience (UX) Optimization:
- Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to improve the webstore’s usability and customer experience.
- Implement testing and other strategies to enhance the webstore’s effectiveness.
Digital Store Front + Task Email:
- Utilize web-to-print solutions and manage related tasks via email.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure an efficient workflow.
Digital Store Front/Shopify Point Person:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Digital StoreFront and Shopify platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to these platforms.
Customer Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, payments, and product information.
- Assist customers with tracking their orders and resolving any delivery issues.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to manage reworks and restocking.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify common issues and areas for improvement.
- Work with the webstore and production teams to implement changes that enhance the customer experience.
Monthly Invoicing:
- Prepare and send out monthly invoices to internal clients.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoicing and manage any billing discrepancies.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Web-to-Print Platform Experience
- Commercial Printing Knowledge: Familiar with printing processes
- Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, database management, and integration experience with MIS/ERP systems.
- Customer-Centric: Strong communication skills for client training and support.
- Data & Workflow Optimization: Analytical mindset for process improvement and usage analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
