You will spend approximately 6 hours in the field each day, speaking directly with customers and helping them find Rogers solutions that fit their needs.

- Represent Rogers products and services professionally
- Approach and communicate with customers in residential areas
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Rogers solutions
- Explain products, promotions, and available options
- Complete sales accurately and professionally
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Maintain a positive customer experience
