Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Grill Crew members. This role is ideal for those passionate about food service, cooking, and providing excellent customer experiences. As part of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious grilled items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn and grow within the food industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook grilled menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the counter or drive-thru
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Handle food with care to prevent cross-contamination and ensure quality
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and kitchen procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and food handling
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
