Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skill set and be proficient in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties including but not limited to data entry, filing, and answering phones.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Skills:
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Previous experience in an office setting or as a dental receptionist/clerk is advantageous.
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $18.61-$20.62 per hour
