We're looking for a motivated, driven Used Car Sales Advisor who knows how to build trust, uncover needs, and match customers with the right vehicle from our pre-owned inventory.

WE WANT SOMEONE WHO ISN'T AFRAID TO BE ON CAMERA
Today’s customers want to know who they're buying from before they ever walk through the door. We're looking for someone who is comfortable in front of a camera and excited to promote themselves and our inventory through social media and video content.
You'll have the opportunity to create daily videos, walkarounds, vehicle highlights, customer-focused content, and social media posts that will be shared across our social platforms and website.
You don't need to be a professional content creator — you just need to be confident, authentic, creative, and willing to put yourself out there.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers through the pre-owned buying process from test drive to delivery
- Maintain deep product knowledge on our used inventory (and stay quick on trade-in values)
- Collaborate with our appraisal and finance teams to create seamless transactions
- Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships with transparency and care
- Hit monthly volume and customer satisfaction goals
What You Bring:
- Previous automotive sales experience (used car experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the used car market and ability to speak to value and reliability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid OMVIC license and clean driver’s abstract

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
